The one who dominate the Central Plains, and the Founder of Universal Heavenly Doctrine, to increase his followers and divine status, to ascend to the throne.
Like Hwi Yeong-Ja, he got hit by the Law/Dharma Heavenly Thunder ofLawsless/Emptiness Realm, he loosed most of his power. But, unlike Hwi Yeong-Ja, who become the weakest of the Six Honored Gods, Tong Cheon-Ju regained his power and even more to become the closest one to reach the throne, yet he sealed it fearing Law/Dharma Heavenly Thunder.
However, the entity suspected to be the true form of that divine being, presumed to be the Divine Throne, seemed to possess a remarkable stature among those who have reached the throne. Considering his actions before the arrival of the Divine Throne, it appeared as if he hadn't even realized whether he was the embodiment of the Divine Throne or not.
